Yervand Zakharyan said he was not concerned about the transaction “because everything is well-grounded and clear.” The government of Armenia resolved on September 17 to alienate 100% of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) shares to Liormand Holdings Limited. Zakharyan noted then that Ministers of Justice, Finance, Economics, Energy and Natural Resources were assigned to study relevant documents within three days to present a conclusion, Tert.am reports. The contract between Inter RAO Holding and Liormand Holdings Limited should also be studied, with a conclusion to be presented afterwards.
