Aliyev Agreed to Meet with KocharianNovember 23, 2006 - 14:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri President Ilham Aliyev agreed to the meeting with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, report Day.az referring to diplomatic sources. The two Presidents will have the next round of bilateral talks in Minsk within the CIS state leaders' summit November 28. The agreement on that was reached yesterday during Aliyev's talks with Russian and French co-chairs of the OSCE MG within which the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict proceeds.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
