OSCE PLANS TO REALIZE POPULATION SOCIAL-ECONOMIC INTEGRATION PROGRAMS IN GEORGIAN SAMTSHKE-JAVAKHETIA REGIONNovember 20, 2002 - 22:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE plans to realize a number of programs aiming at promoting of political, economic and language integration of the population of the Samtskhe-Javakhetia region. These programs have been discussed at the conference under the aegis of UNO and OSCE, dedicated to the issues of development of Samtskhe-Javakhetia region. In particular, the programs stipulate broadcasting of "Rustavi-2" news programs in Armenian and availability of Armenian radio, as well as Georgian courses for the Armenian population.
