OSCE MEMBER STATE FOREIGN MINISTERS TO DISCUSS KARABAKH SETTLEMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - December 6-7 in Porto Portuguese city the meeting of foreign ministers of the OSCE member states will be held in the course of which the problem of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be discussed. In the words of Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian, on the eve of the meeting the personal representatives of the Armenian and Azeri Presidents will work out common positions, in which the present situation around the conflict will be noted. "I think there is an opportunity for coming to a mutual agreement," - the Armenian foreign minister said.
