He said, Raul de Lutzenberger has diplomatic status, as well as is the head of the European Union's delegation in Armenia. "The EU has already established its representation in Armenia. In this connection appointment of EU's Charge d'affairs is an evidence of increasing the status of EU representation in Armenia.
