NEW MEMBER JOINED CONGRESSIONAL CAUCUS ON ARMENIAN ISSUES

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representative John Coniers became the 124-th member of the Caucus on Armenian Issues of US Congress. As reported by the Armenian National Committee of America, Coniers considers the recognition of the Armenian genocide in Ottoman Turkey as obtaining of justice. He was among the congressmen, who signed the letter addressed to George Bush in March 2002, urging him to use the term "genocide" in his traditional speech April 24.
