Paris attacks planners “killed in Syria” December 13, 2016 - 19:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Two men involved in the November 2015 Paris attacks have been killed in Syria in a US air strike, officials say, according to BBC News. The men, named in a Pentagon statement as Salah Gourmat and Sammy Djedou, were members of so-called Islamic State (IS). A third member of the group, linked to a failed terror plot in Belgium in 2015, was also killed. The three were plotting attacks against Western targets at the time of the strike, the Pentagon said.  Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot".
