However, the OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair, Mr Matthew Bryza refused to comment on the issue of U.S. recognition of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. "Discussions are held. However, there is no universal formula of priority between the principles of territorial integrity and the peoples' right to self-determination," he said, APA reports.
