The OSCE, UN and other international structures think that Kosovo should hold democratic elections, like in Karabakh, in order to be granted independence," head of the U.S. observation mission Vladimir Matic told a news conference in Yerevan.The presidential elections in Nagorno Karabakh fully met the international standards, he said.
