IN CASE OF CEASING BILATERAL MEETINGS KARABAKH CONFLICT WILL NEVER SETTLE, OSCE REPRESENTATIVE CONSIDERS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh conflict will hardly be settled in the near future. Head of the OSCE bureau of democratic institutions and human rights Gerard Shtudman stated it. In his words, the Karabakh conflict is a too intricate problem, which cannot be solved in short period of time. "Efficient methods are necessary to solve it and the OSCE Minsk group contribution to continuing the dialogue between the parties of the conflict can be considered as one of them," - Shtudman noted. In his words, the structure is trying to assist the parties in finding a way out of the created situation. "They have already been trying to contribute to the settlement process via organizing bilateral meetings, of which Key West is an example," - the ambassador noted adding that if the bilateral discussions cease the conflict will never be settled.
