PACE calls on publics to resolve 'frozen conflicts'December 19, 2007 - 12:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - December 18, the PACE Monitoring Committee recommended the states involved in frozen conflicts (Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria) to draw the publics in discussion of the problem.The Monitoring Committee also discussed formation of a standing subcommittee on 'frozen conflicts', Trend reports. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
