Martirosyan added that Armenia is unfortunately not a sovereign country and "depends from Russia’s decisions." Heritage had earlier declared its intention to launch a velvet regime change if the situation in the country doesn’t change for the better after 2018, when Serzh Sargsyan’s term as president ends.
