CoE establishing relations with GUAM

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Council of Europe is interested in cooperation with regional and sub-regional organizations and one of them is the GUAM, according to the CoE Secretary General.



"Certain steps have been already taken. I have attended several GUAM events and will do so in future. The Council of Europe will be represented in the organization in a proper way, even if I will not be able to participate in its events personally," Terry Davis said, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
