"The talks held with the mediators during their recent visit to Yerevan, Stepanakert and Baku were based on Madrid proposals, as it was agreed at the meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan," Edward Nalbandian said at a joint news conference with his Czech counterpart Karel Schwarzenberg. "Armenia has numerously confirmed its readiness to continue talks on the basis of Madrid proposals and we welcome Azerbaijan's agreement to continue talks in this format," the Minister said.
