Trade and economic ties will develop to strengthen preconditions for modern methods of integration," the Concept says. Russia will develop cooperation with CIS member states to ensure security, to combat international terrorism, extremism, drug traffic and illegal migration and to prevent destabilization in Central Asia and Transcaucasia As a mediator, Russia will continue contributing to resolution of conflicts in the CIS area and search for agreements between the sides," the document says, kremlin.ru reports.
