Mkhitaryan reveals dream-come-true moment at Arsenal

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has revealed on a Reddit Q&A that his dream to play alongside two of his pals has come true at Arsenal.

The player was askedhow he felt being reunited with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sokratis Papastathopoulos.

“I never thought I would play again with them,” he said.

“It was my dream to play again with them but unfortunately I didn't see it happening.

“I am very happy to see them.

“They are special to me like they were in Dortmund and I was very sad to leave the club, to leave them.

“But that's football. The world is small and now we are reunited!”

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joined Mkhitaryan in north London a week later following a club-record switch from Borussia Dortmund.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos completed the set last summer, and Mkhitaryan has revealed his delight at being reunited.
