  Armenian, Russian, Azeri FMs discuss Karabakh processOctober 10, 2008 - 15:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met Friday with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts, Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov, during the Foreign Ministers' summit in Bishkek, the RF MFA press office reported. The top diplomats discussed the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
