ESTONIA APPOINTED ITS AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIAJuly 7, 2003 - 23:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Estonian president Arnold Ruutel signed the decree on the appointment of Andreas Unga to the post of the ambassador to Armenia. As reported by "Baltic News Service" agency, the residence of Andreas Unga's, who heads the personnel department in the Estonian ministry of foreign affairs, will be located in Tallinn. To note, Estonia has not had its diplomatic representative in Armenia so far.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
