  Karabakh reports one new coronavirus infection August 18, 2020 - 15:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) on Tuesday, August 18 announced one new coronavirus infection, bringing the country's total to 255. Health authorities said people who have been exposed to the newly infected patient are being identified and isolated. 248 people have so far recovered from the disease in Karabakh, while 11 others are quarantined. One person carrying the virus has died from other causes in Artsakh.   Top stories Gegham Stepanyan has said at at least two civilians, including one child, have been killed in Azerbaijani assault. The ICRC said on September 18 that it had sent humanitarian convoys to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia and Azerbaijan simultaneously. The Azerbaijani military employed drones and mortars near the village of Sotk, Gegharkunik province, the Defense Ministry of Armenia reports. Freedom House has urged Azerbaijan to allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide vital humanitarian assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh.
