Now, I reduced the number of concerts to 50-60. But I think there will be time both for diplomatic activities and composing in Geneva," Aznavour said, Vzglyad newspaper reports. Charles Aznavour accepted Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan's proposal to serve as Armenia's Ambassador to Switzerland a couple of weeks ago. "I consider it an honor that Armenia wants to see me as its envoy. I had some hesitation at first because it's not an easy mission.
