  Criminal complaint filed against Azeri woman wishing to behead 20 Armenians February 12, 2021 - 16:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Garo Paylan, a Turkish-Armenian lawmaker from the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), has said he is filing a criminal complaint against an Azerbaijani woman who said she would behead 20 Armenians if she knew she would not be persecuted. A Turkish TV conducted a survey, asking passers-by about one thing they would do if they could get away with it. The Azerbaijani woman stopped in the street said she would behead 20 Armenians.
