"It's been 3 years since the catholic church stopped functioning, and we were worried it would remain unclaimed. We're happy the territory would be used for a noble cause of returning the believers to the Church, " he said. The ceremonial consecration of the church will be held in May, as the building is still under reconstruction. The altar will be sprinkled with holy water; columns, pictures and crosses cleansed with wine and myrrh.
