Georgia coronavirus cases grew by 2,171 in the past day

PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgia reported 2,171 new cases of coronavirus, 1,074 recoveries and 24 deaths in the past 24 hours, Agenda.ge reports.

27,648 tests were taken around the country over the weekend, including 19,912 rapid tests and 11,736 PCR tests.

According to information provided by the country's health authorities, 5.3% of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days.

296,532 of the 315,913 patients have recovered, while 4,207 have died from the virus so far.
