During his visit Arthur Baghdasaryan met with Kaliningrad Governor Georgi Boos and Armenian Diaspora representatives. The Armenian delegation submitted vast number of projects to the Governor and regional ministers. The projects involved the spheres of economic, education, tourism and IT"Armenia and Russia maintain close political and military cooperation..
