Armen Grigoryan appointed Armenia's First Deputy Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia has been dismissed and appointed the First Deputy Foreign Minister, according to two separate decrees signed on Wednesday, July 14.

Grigoryan was first named the Secretary of the Security Council on May 17, 2018.
