EU ready to help resume Karabakh talks within OSCEOctober 5, 2021 - 11:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Union is ready to contribute to the resumption of negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement within the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship, head of the EU delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin said on Monday, October 4. Wiktorin made the remarks during a meeting with Armenian Minister Arshak Karapetyan, which was also attended by the deputy head of the EU delegation, Jan Plešinger. Karapetyan detailed the border situation, which is being destabilized by the actions of the Azerbaijani side. The ambassador said the EU supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in the settlement of the Artsakh conflict. During the meeting the parties also weighed in on a number of issues related to regional security.
