Armenian Democratic Party suggests setting up trust fund to fight shadow economyMarch 24, 2009 - 22:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan had a productive meeting with 48 Leader of Armenian Parties who addressed their questions to the government and presented their methods of overcoming world financial crisis consequences, ADP Leader Aram Sargsyan told a news conference on Tuesday.''The world economic crisis proved the inefficiency of illiberal capitalist system. The world is on the threshold of formation change and we have to envision the situation correctly,'' ADP Leader noted. Aram Sargsyan suggested setting up trust fund to fight shadow economy. The Government has to force oligarchs, earning their income at the expense of society, invest part of their capital in trust fund. The funds raised will be spent to support of existing organizations and create new ones.
