Zelensky says time to decide on Ukraine's EU membership

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky believes it's time to decide on Ukraine's membership in the European Union.

"It is a crucial moment to close the long-standing discussion once and for all and decide on Ukraine's membership in the EU," Zelensky wrote on Twitter Saturday, February 26.

The Ukrainian leader added that he also discussed "further effective assistance and the heroic struggle of Ukrainians for their free future" with Charles Michel, the President of the European Council.

Zelensky has urged European countries to do more to help as he urged his citizens to halt Russia's invasion.
