Karabakh says civilians under Azerbaijan's "permanent threats"![]() March 12, 2022 - 14:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) is under permanent threats of Azerbaijan, Karabakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan said Saturday, March 12. "On March 11, throughout the day, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces regularly violated the ceasefire, firing in the direction of the villages of Khramort, Parukh and Khanapat of Askeran region," Beglaryan. The State Minister also said it is snowing in Artsakh, with people freezing amid a disruption in gas supply from Armenia, as Azerbaijan is hindering the repair works. "For 5 days over 100,000 people (80% of the whole population) are fully deprived of gas heating and hot water," Beglaryan said. "Azerbaijan doesn’t allow to repair the only gas pipeline coming from Armenia which exploded under their control." ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
