Karabakh denies Azerbaijani accumulations along line of contact

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Security Council of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) has denied reports about alleged accumulations of Azerbaijani forces along the line of contact.

"The enemy continues to spread false news in the information field, aiming to cause panic among our population," the Security Council said on Monday, March 14.

"The Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic implements its tasks in accordance with previously approved plans. The Defense Army is closely following all the movements of the Azerbaijani side, the information about the accumulations along the entire line of contact does not correspond to reality."

The Defense Army said earlier in the day that the situation along the contact line between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan was relatively stable overnight, and that no significant violations of the ceasefire by Azerbaijan were registered in the reporting period.
