''Whatever we call it- budget revision, budget expenditures' transfer to the last quarter of the year - all of this spells budget reduction,'' Bostandgyan noted, adding that, nevertheless, social expenditures won't be cut. In recent months state budget expenditures reduction issue was repeatedly raised. Still, many specialists we confident that authorities do not plan the reduction.
