LOLO Children's Magazine participated in Children Books Fair in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Since 1967, on Hans Christian Andersen's birthday, April 2, authors from around the world gather to call attention to children's books.



On Apr. 2 Children Books Fair was held in Yerevan within the framework of "Return to Books" Conference. Over 10 Publishing Houses featured fairytale books, children's magazines, textbooks.



"Around 50 editions of children's books are being published within the framework of government orders. We have to return our children's attention to books, as young generation will have no future without books," Levon Ananyan, Writers' Union President said in his statement.



The youngest readers took special interest in LOLO Children's Magazine. While children turned over the pages, parents lost no time, subscribing to the journal. Publishing Houses Antares, Zangak, Edit Print, Arevik presented their production featuring songs collections, cognitive and fairytale books for children. Among books presented were dictionaries in different languages by Areg Publishing House. Iran Embassy in Armenia presented children's book in Iranian language as well as books in Armenian for Farsi language study.
