A spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry broke the news but failed to provide more details. Days earlier, Mirzoyan met with France's co-chair, Brice Roquefeuil, and the role of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship in the process of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within its mandate was emphasized.
