PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will arrive in Armenia.

On Tuesday, April 19, Klaar held "substantive" and "good" meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, respectively.

The EU envoy said in a series of tweets that he met with Azeri officials to discuss developments since the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in Brussels and to review progress and discuss continued EU support for the Yerevan-Baku engagement.

Klaar last visited the South Caucasus in mid-March.
