Armenia–Kansas military cooperation takes center stage at U.S. meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met with Kansas governor Laura Kelly on Wednesday, September 7 to discuss mutually beneficial cooperation between the Kansas Army National Guard and the peacekeeping brigade of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

Agreements reached between the country and U.S. state were also on the table.

Kelly reaffirmed her readiness to make efforts to strengthen cooperation the sides have maintained for many years.

At the end of the meeting, Papikyan invited Kelly to Armenia.
