Particularly, Hrant Safaryan was sacked as the Minister of Agriculture and replaced by Georgi Hayriyan, Minister of Social Development and Migration Armen Mangasaryan was replaced by Vahram Arakelyan, while Deputy Minister of Urban Development Azat Hambardzumyan will act as acting Minister after Aram Sargsyan’s dismissal. According to earlier decisions, Hayriyan was also dismissed from the position of the Chairman of the Water Committee of Artsakh, whose duties were temporarily assigned to the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Ararat Khachatryan, while Vahram Arakelyan was dismissed from the position of the Deputy Minister of Social Development and Migration.
