IN PETERSBURG HEYDAR ALIYEV AND VLADIMIR PUTIN TO OPEN MEMORIAL TO PERSIAN NIZAMI POET BORN ON TERRITORY OF CONTEMPORARY AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - June 28 Azeri President Heydar Aliyev will visit Saint-Petersburg on the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the "northern capital" of Russia the heads of the two states intend to discuss a number of questions concerning the bilateral relations, as well as the course of the Karabakh conflict settlement. In the course of the visit signing of an agreement on delimitation of the Caspian Sea floor is planned. Heydar Aliyev and Vladimir Putin will take part in the ceremony of opening the memorial to the outstanding Persian poet Nizami, who was born on the territory where the Azerbaijani Republic is situated at present.
