The Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport will combine the resources allocated for the CIS Youth Capital and Armenia’s 2026 National Youth Capital programs. This move aims to significantly enhance the international visibility of Kapan and boost public engagement. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
