Turkey to hold exercises at Caucasian borders
Turkey intends to hold military exercises on frontier territories to Caucasus. The Turkish military servicemen will work out a scenario to combat terrorism and face regional challenges. As the Turkish headquarters staff stated, these will be planned exercises not affiliated with the military maneuvers of neighboring countries, the Turkish Hurriyet writes.

On June 29 large -scale military exercises Caucasus-2009 began in southern Russia. Maneuvers will involve 8.5 thousand troops, 200 tanks, 450 armored vehicles and 250 artillery pieces.
