NKR to become negotiating party after Yerevan and Baku define frameworks of issues discussed

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh may adopt hundreds of laws, reiterating its desire to participate in talks, NKR ex-Foreign Minister Arman Melikyan told journalists today. "Karabakh may become negotiating party after Yerevan and Baku define the frameworks of issues discussed," Melikyan stressed.



According to him, if official Yerevan forces Stepanakert into signing any decision on conflict settlement, NKR will have to put up with it.
