According to US Vice President's Counselor, Tony Blinken, Joe Biden will deliver statements focusing on relations between Ukraine and Georgia in Kiev and Tbilisi. US Vice President has scheduled meetings with Ukrainian and Georgian leaders, as well as opposition representatives, Radio Svoboda reported.
