Ahmet Davutoglu: Opening of RA-Turkish border is a long way offSeptember 10, 2009 - 13:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey started domestic discussions on RA-Turkish rapprochement protocols. According to Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu , the protocols will be discussed with Turkish opposition, and afterwards, submitted to Turkish parliament's consideration. Davutoglu stated that Turkey wishes to establish neighborly relations with all the countries in the region, noting at the same time that opening of RA-Turkish border is a long way off.
