According to him, the finance ministry has already completed preparing the draft budget of 2010. "Budget of 2010 will be modest, intense and stabilizing, in particular, the budget deficit is expected to reach 5.5 per cent in 2010," the finance minister said. He informed that external and internal funds will be attracted to finance the budget deficit. "In coming years we will try to consistently reduce the size of the deficit in order to return to the level which we had in the past, which implies reduction of some costs, compared to the 2009 budget, " he said.
