He has noted that the issue on Russian «Lookoil» company's participation or abstention from participation in the realization of this project does not depend on the position of the Russian government. According to the deputy head of the Russian government, the state has only 7.5% shares of this company so it is not able to influence the position of the rest of the shareholders.
