Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Armenian national hero Nikolay Rizhkov on his 80th birth anniversary

Clearly, you showed great attention to Armenia, accepted its problems as yours and did a lot to help and support the country and its people. And today, your activity is aimed at the comprehensive development and strengthening of Russian-Armenian interstate relations, to the benefit of our countries and their peoples.
