PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-Turkish Protocols may split Armenian society, Head of Noravank scientific-research center Gagik Harutyunyan told a news conference in Yerevan. At that he noted that any discussions on Armenian-Turkish Protocols imply the re-establishment of ties, an issue that existed before the border was closed. "What is meant here is Armenian-Turkish ties and relations between Republic of Armenia and Republic of Turkey," expert said.
