"Armenia should urge Ankara to annul all laws envisaging punishment for the Armenian Genocide discussion in Turkey. At that, official Yerevan should announce that international recognition of the Genocide is a priority of Armenia's foreign policy," he said. According to Mr. Manoyan, Armenia should insist that acknowledgment of the Genocide by Turkey will promote Armenian-Turkish reconciliation.
