PanARMENIAN.Net - Karabakh conflict won't be settled until April 2010, the Chairman of Turkish Center for International Relations and Strategic Analysis (TURKSAM), Sinan Ogan said at Yerevan-Ankara-Moscow TV bridge on problems and realities of RA-Turkey rapprochement.
