The second Armenian representative in the 85 kg weight category tournament Aram Andrikyan, raising in two exercises 349 kg (156 + 193), took the fourth place. The Belarusian Nicholas Novikov became the champion of Europe in this weight category raising a sum of 364 kg (165+ 199), and Russia's Vladimir Ushakov (352 kg) received bronze.
