Russian-Armenia innovational collaboration center to be opened in YerevanOctober 27, 2009 - 19:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In December 2009, Rossotrudnichestvo plans creation of innovational collaboration center, operating on the basis of Russian Center of Science and Culture, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo cooperation agency Igor Morozov told a news conference in Yerevan. "We have to look ahead, into the economy of the future, without settling for the basis our countries posses. World economy will undergo drastic changes in several years, and only countries with innovational approach will witness progress."According to Morozov, innovational collaboration center will be created jointly with Dubna nuclear research center, Rosnano state corporation and Kurchatovsk institute. "We hope the initiative will introduce innovational economy, signaling a new development stage for Armenia," he said.
